The Biggest Natural Bodybuilding Competition Comes to the NSW Central Coast

ANB Central Coast Natural Physique Championships is breaking all records this year
The sport of bodybuilding comes to the NSW Central Coast on September 27 to the Impact Centre, Erina. The ANB Central Coast Natural Physique Championships are presented by the Mick Moss, owner of VIP Fitness Personal Training. "This year we will witness the best line-ups of athletes in the contest's 12-year history with a record number of competitors", he said.
Years of hard work and dedication will be on competing in various categories for both men and women in either bodybuilding, figure, fitness and model categories with ages ranging from teenagers to GrandMasters. Competitors train all year round, but the real competition preparation begins about three months prior to competition, shedding fat by exercising at least six days a week and tailoring their diets to get lean for competition. Its total focus and dedication to being in the best shape possible on stage says Mr Moss. Competitors are very strict with their diets eats five or six meals every day to hone their bodies as they want to maintain muscle while burning body fat. Its not just about losing fat, this is a real science. Its a lot of work and dedication. For each and every competitor up on stage it is a testament to their commitment, mental strength to overcome challenges, and focus. It takes real heart to compete, says Mr Moss, himself a multiple National and World Champion.
The competition is open for entry by natural athletes of all ages and members of ANB Australia. The ANB have a pro-active ASADA drug testing policy to keep the sport clean. The event is a 1-show format incorporating the Prejudging, which is where all competitors in each category appear on stage as a group performing their mandatory poses. This enables the judges to be able to assess like-to-like, followed by the Finals and announcement of Winners. Each category winner is invited at the end to compete for the coveted title of Overall Champions.
Apart from the competition on stage, there will be displays by leading suppliers to the sporting athlete, or the fitness conscious. The finals of the Fitwear NSW Brand Ambassador search will also happen at the event with announcement and presentation of the winner. This competition is a facebook competition where potential Brand Ambassadors are invited to post a photo of themselves with a supporting statement of why they would make the best Ambassador the Fitwear NSW. All entrants into the competition are to use the #ANBCentralCoast hashtag.
A lucky door prize will also be drawn from entries submitted on the day to win a huge basket of healthy products for body, mind and business. Contents of the basket include products from JC Fine Foods, Bakers Delight, Well Naturally, the Digital Delusion's latest book on social media and online marketing, Conversational Hypnosis Academy 1 hour 'Breakthrough' session, the Marketing Muscle 1 hour marketing consult, Chavez Chiropractic adjustment session ... just to name a few.
