MYOB’s outstanding customer service awarded

Australia’s leading business solutions provider MYOB has achieved the Canstar Most Satisfied Customer Award, as a part of the 2014 Small Business Accounting Software survey.

 

Canstar Blue recently surveyed 855 small business owners and decision makers across a range of categories to measure and track customer satisfaction with products and services related to their business.

 

MYOB performed very strongly in the categories, including value for money, point of sale service, warranty, call centre, features, and overall satisfaction.

 

Canstar general manager Derek Bonnar says the survey showed significant results for MYOB. “This is an exceptional performance and the entire MYOB team should be very proud. The award reflects the fact that MYOB is a prominent player in the accounting software space.”

 

The business owners surveyed were asked to score how satisfied they were with their accounting software on a scale of 1 to 10.

 

MYOB secured five stars for both overall customer satisfaction and for its accounting software features. It also received four stars for point of sale service, after sales service/warranty, and call centre service; and three stars for value for money.

 

Utilised by many popular Australian brands – such as Boost Juice, Salsa’s, and CIBO Espresso – MYOB is supported by more than 40,000 bookkeepers, accountants, and consultants across Australia, MYOB software can work both online and offline.
