Fast Starter list celebrates Australian companies experiencing stellar growth

ASX-listed technology company RXP Services Limited (RXP) is pleased to announce its recent ranking of third on Business Review Weekly’s top 100 Fast Starters list 2014.

Each year BRW publishes a range of high profile lists recognising noteworthy Australian innovators, disruptors and leaders on the cutting edge of industry. The 2014 Fast Starters list acknowledges companies that have experienced stellar growth right out of the starting gate.

The 2014 BRW Fast Starters list was ranked according to the turnover generated by each company in the most recent financial year, including the growth rate between 2013 and 2014. RXP Services recorded a turnover exceeding $56 million for this period, with an 86 per cent average growth rate - making it a sure bet for top three on the 2014 Fast Starters list.

Ross Fielding, co-founder and chief executive officer of RXP Services, attributes the company’s performance to a balance of organic and acquisition-led growth. This is proving a winning formula for RXP, with it having completed six strategic acquisitions in the last year alone.

“We follow an established growth formula which considers a broad range of factors,” says Fielding. “These include sourcing and utilising top technology and business talent, examining industry growth curves and regional trends and leveraging current clients while enabling access pathways to right-fit new clients.”

RXP’s ‘growth-by-acquisition’ strategy also encompasses its internal processes. With a strong people-centric focus, the company already boasts an impressive stable of over 440 technology professionals, with numbers set to grow to over 500 in the coming year.
