Kim has worked on an extensive range of projects from software design, systems engineering, and policy, strategy and program development; through to detailed Intelligent Transport Systems infrastructure design on highly complex local and international projects. She has degrees in both physics and engineering. During her career, Kim has undertaken executive roles in both management and technical delivery.
