Announcement posted by BCS Strata Management 19 Nov 2014

BCS Strata Management has won The Block.

The strata management leader has been appointed as the Owner Corporation Manager for The Block Glasshouse, a high-profile, new residential building in the heart of Prahran (Melbourne).

It’s the third time BCS Strata Management has been appointed by the Nine Network to manage a Block property.

General Manager of Business Development John Georgas said BCS Strata Management’s industry experience and expertise places them ahead of the competition.

“We look after a number of high-profile buildings across Australia including The Block Sky High and The Block Fans vs. Faves at Albert Park,” he said.

“For the past 40 years we’ve enhanced community living. We can’t wait to work with the new owners of one of Melbourne’s most-watched and talked about properties.”

The Block Glasshouse is the latest Melbourne landmark to be developed by the Nine Network and its contestants.

“The 3,500m2 apartment block includes a car park, lock-up storage units and an indoor common entrance area complete with lift,” Mr Georgas said.

“Our practical approach to strata management, administrative, financial and operational solutions was clearly a contributing factor to winning this property.

“We’re looking forward to providing our services to a building which is sure to go down in history as a Melbourne icon.”

The market leader provides professional strata and community title management services to more than 10,000 buildings and manages more than 190,000 lots.
