Expanded Collaboration Enables PageUp Clients to Identify and Engage Top Candidates More Easily with LinkedIn Recruiter

SINGAPORE, HONG KONG, SYDNEY, MELBOURNE, NEW YORK and LONDON

(January 6, 2015) -- PageUp, a leading multinational talent management solutions provider, today announced the integration of its award-winning Recruitment solution with LinkedIn Recruiter to provide clients with a streamlined approach to finding the best talent.

Since its inception, PageUp has sought to redefine recruitment, introducing new innovations and technologies, combined with best-practice selection and assessment methodology, that change the way companies recruit top talent. Used by some of the most successful global organisations representing a wide range of industries, PageUp enables employers to easily manage every step of the recruiting process, from attracting, sourcing and selecting the best candidates to onboarding those new employees. Understanding the challenges of recruiting in today’s economy, particularly for organisations with operations in multiple locations, PageUp remains committed to delivering innovative talent management solutions that drive real business impact.

With the goal of continually improving the way employers recruit, the company recently signed a Cross System Awareness (CSA) agreement with LinkedIn. Through this arrangement, PageUp’s Recruitment solution will be integrated with LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline the way PageUp clients conduct their recruitment activities. As a result, LinkedIn Recruiter users can view the most recent LinkedIn profile directly through the PageUp interface. Moreover, as they search LinkedIn for potential candidates, they can see if an individual is already in the PageUp System. Not only does this functionality create more efficiency in the recruiting process, but it also ensures recruiters have access to the most up-to-date candidate information available.

“PageUp is dedicated to facilitating the way companies find their next great employees, and LinkedIn is a key tool for any company in their search for new talent,” said Karen Cariss, CEO of PageUp. “It is only natural that we seek to expand our relationship with the company and give our clients greater access to candidates on the platform, directly through the PageUp interface. Our clients thereby benefit from easier access to the high quality candidates available on LinkedIn, while leveraging the industry-leading talent acquisition solutions. What results is a streamlined, more effective recruitment process that gets the right candidates through the door much faster.”

“As the world’s largest professional network, we are focused on helping to connect employers with the talent that can make a difference in their organisations,” said Feon Ang, LinkedIn’s director of Talent Solutions in the Asia Pacific region. “We are excited to team up with PageUp to improve the talent acquisition experience for both recruiters and talent.”
