Overland "Technician On a Disk" Now Shipping with Overland LoaderXpress and PowerLoaders, Saving Time for Customers

Beginning immediately, the Overland "Technician On a Disk" CD (also known as TOD) will be shipped with all Overland branded LoaderXpress and PowerLoaders. TOD will be provided free of charge and will mean fewer and shorter calls to technical support teams and will also assist technical support in trouble shooting/diagnosing the customer's loader or library issue therefore saving time for the customer and the vendor.
Technician On a Disk is a software utility for Win NT 4.0 / Win 2000 / Win XP and was designed to assist the user with the basic installation, operation, functional testing and registration of their newly purchased LoaderXpress and PowerLoader configurations.
TOD also features a trouble shooting guide providing tips on simple library configuration issues, optional on-line warranty registration and installation log (if internet access available), and assistance with the diagnosis of loader and library issues.
