Empowering smarter communications for SMBs

Aria Technologies, a major Australian distributor of leading communications solutions for businesses, has announced the launch of the iPECS eMG80 from Ericsson-LG – a competitive solution that allows growing businesses to seamlessly expand into the world of IP and Unified Communications.

The iPECS eMG80 is an IP based phone system with built-in digital capability optimised for small and growing businesses. This platform is designed for businesses that have a mix of technologies, or are planning to transition between technologies as their needs change – enabling them to take advantage of advanced applications and Unified Communications.

“The iPECS eMG80 will offer Australian businesses the opportunity to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, with smarter and simplified communications. The platform provides businesses with a flexible, cost effective solution that can be tailored directly to the needs of the business,” said Peter Williamson, National Sales and Marketing Manager, Aria Technologies.

“The iPECS eMG80 has been a long anticipated solution, offering small to medium sized businesses greater peace-of-mind and ease of use. It’s really easy to learn, install, and most importantly, it’s simple to manage, giving business owners the opportunity to focus on what they do best, servicing their customers and growing their business.”

“With its modular and flexible design, the iPECS eMG80 enables businesses to easily and affordably expand into Unified Communications and sophisticated enterprise applications when they are ready. Solutions of this standard were once only available to big business, and with the launch of this great solution from market leader Ericsson-LG, small businesses now have the potential to tap into a whole portfolio of new opportunities,” added Williamson.

The iPECS eMG80 is a pure IP business communication platform with rich features and applications. This includes all the basic features and functions of a modern communications platform and advanced functions including an integrated multi-level Auto Attendant and Voicemail that offers notification to a mobile or an email address.

Mobility and remote connectivity functionality are included for effective anywhere anytime communication. The system can be used seamlessly across single or multi-site environments and with advanced HTML5-based web administration, the iPECS eMG80 offers simple system configuration and management.

The iPECS eMG80 supports an extensive range of devices such as Digital and IP phones, SIP phones, DECT wireless handsets, and IP Conference phones. The iPECS Communicator Mobile Client provides the freedom to turn your mobile smartphone into an extension on the system for true unified mobility, both in and out of the office.

Compatible with the iPECS eMG80, is a new range of LDP 9000 Series Digital Handsets, which are simple to use whilst offering an extensive range of features to help drive efficiency for the user, and ensuring businesses never miss a call.

“We’re looking forward to continuing to engage with our Australian channel partners to help their customers integrate the iPECS eMG80, and in turn improve service experience from end-to-end,” concluded Williamson.

The eMG80 is now available to order through Aria’s Channel and Carrier Partners.
