Australia’s largest health, wellbeing and natural therapies event is coming to Sydney

Across four days, the MindBodySpirit Festival is set to enrich over 17,000 Sydney-siders looking for a healthier lifestyle, from Thursday 28 to Sunday 31 May.


Those who attend will thrive amongst the wide variety of health and wellbeing products, services and advice from over 200 exhibitors, plus enjoy FREE festival highlights including seminars, demonstrations and performances.


“The Festival brings together the best of natural health, fitness, organics, complementary medicine, holistic therapies, spirituality and personal growth”, says Festival Marketing Manager, Rhiannon Kennedy-Bush.


The 2015 Seminar Series will feature an inspiring line-up of more than 40 guest speakers who will share their international and Australian expertise on self-development, spiritual matters, health and nutrition. Special guest speakers include wellness woman Therese Kerr and naturopath and body+soul contributor Mim Beim.


Find empowering entertainment at the Performance Stage each day, and for those looking to relax, unwind and take a break, the Meditation Room will feature free guided classes. Nationally renowned psychics can be found in the Psychic Reading Room, featuring over 50 of Australia’s most talented readers.


Healthy cooking fanatics will also be tempted with the range of raw, vegan and nutritious demos at the popular Soul Kitchen.


“It’s a fantastic fun day out, filled with new experiences, entertainment, learning and expert advice. We all want to be happy and healthy, so the Festival is a great way to discover how” Kennedy-Bush explains.


Held annually since 1989, the MindBodySpirit Festivals are Australia’s longest running and most respected wellbeing events, attracting over 70,000 visitors nationwide.


The 2015 Festival will be held at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park. Doors open from 10am - 7pm daily.
