Milner, Sullivan to join Comscentre Board

Today Comscentre announced they have recruited the co-founders of L7 Solutions, Andrew Milner and Matt Sullivan to their Advisory Board. Andrew has taken responsibility of leading the Board, with Matt appointed as COO for the business.

Milner is a former director of iiNet, after his company Wantree Internet was acquired by the giant ISP in 1999. Milner then joined forces with Sullivan to create L7 Solutions, which was acquired within 7 years of operation by Amcom for $15 million four years ago.

Comscentre has experienced significant growth over the past 5 years and is set to embark on a step change strategy for 2020.

“Comscentre has an impressive history of growth and market share acquisition. My immediate focus is to leverage the existing good will associated with the Comscentre brand to drive national growth,” commented Sullivan.

Comscentre CEO, Ben Shipley added “The appointment of Andrew and Matt is an excellent strategic fit for Comscentre, both parties are well respected in the industry and bring further credibility and influence to our rapidly expanding organisation”

Milner and Sullivan have also recently been appointed to board of Cirrus networks, which is currently in the process of a reverse listing on the ASX via Liberty Resources.
