Viora Receives TGA Listing for V-Series Multi-Technology Platform in Australia

Announcement posted by Viora Australia Pty Ltd 03 Jun 2015

Now Australian Aesthetic Practitioners will have Access to Viora’s New Flagship Systems Utilizing Laser, IPL and RF Technologies

JerseyCity, NJ, June 3, 2015– Viora, a leading medical aesthetic solutions provider, proudly announces the acquisition of TGA Listing in Australia for the complete V-Series multi-technology platform line. The V-series platform line (encompassing the V30, V20 and soon-to-be released V10 systems) delivers proprietary Laser, IPL and RF technologies to aesthetic practitioners ensuring their ability to treat the most requested aesthetic treatments. This new listing allows Viora to offer the V-Series to Australian practitioners allowing them unprecedented flexibility, continued technological advancement, as well as efficacious outcomes for the most requested aesthetic treatments.

With the advent of the 2015 Budget, clinic owners are in a unique position to increase their benefits resulting from a V30 or V20 purchase. In addition to access to superior technology delivering excellent results, customers can take advantage of the immediate tax write-off.

Providing a flexible and scalable solution for customers, the V-Series platform line allows the use of interchangeable handpieces. This lets customers acquire each specific technology as they need it, as well as ensuring easy upgrades and the implementation of additional technologies, when developed. Customers also benefit from Viora’s unique combination protocols ensuring the highest clinical results.

The V-series multi-technology platform line comprises:

V30 multi-technology platform with proprietary Laser, IPL and RF technologies; the configuration is as follows:

•             The V-Laser Nd:YAG handpiece for vascular lesions, skin rejuvenation and focal hair removal (including for dark skin). This handpiece profits from Viora’s proprietary PulseConfiguRythm™ (PCR™) technology, which incorporates various pulse structures and provides adjustable pulse duration technology. The handpiece includes four spot sizes for full customization, according to customers’ needs.

•             The V-IPL handpiece for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation and vascular lesions and acne clearance. Powered by PCR™ technology, this handpiece generates various pulse structures and provides adjustable pulse duration, ensuring that every skin type and condition can be treated. With five interchangeable filters and contact cooling, patients can receive the safest, most comfortable and effective treatments available.

•             The V-FR handpiece for skin resurfacing, skin rejuvenation including skin texture and tone and acne scar clearance capitalizes on Viora’s innovative SVC™ technology of Switching, Vacuum and Cooling. This gives physicians greater flexibility by delivering unprecedented penetration depth control, allowing practitioners to determine the desired biological response and customize treatments per patient’ needs. (The V-FR handpiece is not available in the US.)

•             The V-ST handpiece for skin tightening and lifting effect is driven by Viora’s unique Channeling Optimized RF Energy technology (CORE). With three individual RF frequency channels of different depth penetration, and a fourth channel incorporating all three frequencies for greater depth penetration and control, physicians can offer clients the most comfortable, non-invasive, safest tightening treatments available.

V20 multi-technology platform delivers safe and effective light and RF treatments using the V-IPL, V-FR and V-ST handpieces, as described above.

“Coming on the heels of receiving the TGA listing for our Reaction system, Viora is very excited to also be able to offer Australian customers our V-Series line,” said Meital Ben-Tovim, General Manager, Viora Ltd. “The V-Series multi-technology platforms will allow these customers to expand their treatment menu at their convenience, while allowing the use of Viora’s specially developed combination protocols to deliver the highest possible results.”
