Mermaid Waters, QLD., May 11, 2015 – Author, speaker, champion tri-athlete and physiotherapist Brad Beer's book called You CAN Run Pain Free! A Physio’s 5 Step Guide to Enjoying Injury-Free and Faster Running is now being featured strongly on AMAZON's Running and Jogging charts and has even ranked #1 on the site’s bestseller and new releases lists.

POGO Physio was founded in 2006 by Brad Beer, just 6 months after graduating from his Griffith University physiotherapy degree. It is a multiple award winning Gold Coast physiotherapy and pilates practice composed of health professionals and experts who, like their founder, are passionate about providing Gold Coast citizens with first class and professional physiotherapy services. Their state-of-the-art, friendly, and welcoming environment also provides both clinical and fitness pilates services.

Brad Beer himself has delivered over 25,000 physiotherapy consultations during his career, a lot of them with runners from all levels and backgrounds. Beer wrote the book for runners who are seeking to proactively prevent injuries, are currently injured but are looking to return to running, as well as those who are not particularly concerned about injuries but just wants to run faster.

In the book, he shares 5 steps that will give runners of all levels a framework and structured approach by which they can progress from injured to running pain free. The 5 steps include 1) discover your running body, 2) run with great technique, 3) navigate the footwear maze, 4) the importance of hip stability, and 5) the power of rest.

The book was officially launched a few weeks ago at the iconic Gold Coast BSKT café where over 100 guests were present to witness the occasion. Since its launch, the book has been receiving tremendous support and has continuously been featured under AMAZON’s Running and Jogging charts. It has also been featured at the top of the site’s bestsellers and new releases lists.
