ATC Midwest Conquers the Tyranny of Distance with Secured Signing

Announcement posted by Secured Signing Ltd. 16 Jun 2015

Inviting people to sign employment agreements online has reduced a vast region to the size of a computer keyboard for the midwest’s leading workforce solution provider.

Melbourne, 16 June 2015

Even travelling at 320km/hr it takes something like 4 hours to get across France on the iconic TGV high speed train. ATC Midwest provides on hire employment services to a region as large as France, but without the services of the TGV. This made getting documents to host employers and on-hire employees for signing, a massive logistical challenge that wasted time and effort.

In keeping with the Company’s vision to use flexible and innovative approaches to engage, inspire and develop tomorrows leading workforce, ATC’s management team were tasked with finding a better way. The solution provided by local digital signature workflow provider, Secured Signing has effectively reduced the huge region ATC services, to the size of a computer keyboard. “Partnering with Secured Signing was a no brainer for us” said John Regan, the Operations Manager for ATC Midwest. “Secured Signing enables us to do more and achieve more with less.”

A raft of documents are necessary to establish, maintain and ultimately conclude an on-hire employment agreement. Rather than printing and posting these documents, the team at ATC now use Secured Signing to invite both the employer and employee to sign them online.  The system automates the process of sending email invitations, providing reminders and executing the signing of the documents. Once all parties have signed, the document owner and all signers receive a copy of the digitally signed PDF.

Mr Regan noted “This saves time and paper not to mention wear and tear on our printer.  The documents that are produced require significantly less storage space than scanned documents and they can be properly indexed and retrieved unlike scanned PDFs. Through the use of the Secured Signing platform we are able to eliminate up to 20 paper based documents from our previous workflow.”

“It is important to note that while the service we provide for ATC Midwest is all about ease of use and convenience, it also provides a significant boost to corporate governance” said Mike Eyal, the Managing Director of Secured Signing. “With Secured Signing, every person signs with their own personal PKI digital signature which cannot be forged or copied to another document and is invalidated if any change is made to the document.”

More information about the reliability and authenticity digital signing provides is available on the Secured Signing website along with video demonstrations. Secured Signing offers a free trial of its service.
