Stunning growth and acquisitions spur InfoTrack restructure

10 August 2015: InfoTrack Chief Executive Stephen Wood has been appointed Chairman of the InfoTrack group of companies including InfoTrack Australia, Scott Ashwood, InfoTrack UK and the STL Group (UK) and former Chief Technology Officer John Ahern appointed Chief Executive as the leading search provider gears up to continue its aggressive growth strategy locally and off shore.
Effective immediately, John will be responsible for maintaining the extensive growth of InfoTrack in the Australian market, while Stephen will focus on accelerating growth in both InfoTrack UK and STL Group, whom the Group acquired in December 2014.
Chairman of the InfoTrack Group, Stephen Wood says: “As InfoTrack continues to evolve as a global business, it is important that our management structure evolves to support a successful and fast growing global business. We have had, and will continue to enjoy aggressive growth in Australia and are committed to achieving similar success across all our companies in the UK.
“I would like to thank Christian Beck for his excellent contribution as the InfoTrack Group Chairman over the last few years. Christian will continue as non-executive Director of the InfoTrack Group as we focus on our internationalisation.
“I welcome John Ahern to the role of chief executive. In his short time as our CTO he has proven to myself and the Board that he has the passion and strategic direction to lead InfoTrack into even larger market domination locally”.
John joined InfoTrack in May from CA Technologies where he was Senior Vice President of Engineering. His previous roles include CTO of Torokina Networks and Network Management CSE at Cisco.
