XSI joins the local storage networking industry association (SNIA)

The Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) ANZ today announced XSI Data Solutions, the largest Australian-owned and managed Data Storage company, as the latest member to join the association. Founded 18 years ago, XSI specialises in disk, tape and network-based storage solutions and is an expert in both NAS (Network Attached Storage) and SAN (Storage Area Network) strategies.
XSI co-founder and CEO, Max Goldsmith, commented: The SNIA is the only industry recognised authority on storage networking and represents most key players within the global storage community. XSI is proud to be one of these players. Our inclusion shows our commitment to the storage industry and to our valued customers. We look forward to taking an active role in developing storage networking industry standards and sharing best practice training and experience with the market.
