Brisbane’s newest destination for fine dining, Delfina’s Bistro, announce new Spring/Summer menu by Head Chef Matthew Ostrenski that is sure to have all of Brisbane talking. Situated in the heart of Brisbane’s stylish Emporium precinct, Delfina’s Bistro exudes fine dining at it’s best. With a new delicious selection of meals, as well as an exciting addition of a ‘Meals for 2’ menu, Delfina’s Bistro’s new Spring/ Summer menu is delivering world class meals at affordable prices. 

The new menu change will include; Cold Smoked Salmon, Confit Duck Rillettes and Pumpkin Ravioli available as Small Plates, and Mains including Beef Short Rib, Market Fish, Charred Chicken Breast and Duck Breast. Delfina’s Bistro originated from a concept born from memories, not just about creating great food, but creating a beautiful dining experience for friends and family to share together. “Delfina, my Grandmother loved nothing more than a glass of wine over dinner with family and friends. She loved to travel and try new things whilst exploring different foods and flavours. This new menu is another shift for us, we've taken the opportunity to grow, develop and explore a little more. We've changed not just the food, but the style of our meals, really shifting our focus towards the shared dining experience for our customers” said Delfina’s Bistro Managing Director Kellie-Ann Ashton.
