Service Select aims to provide the ultimate support for new and existing installations of retractable seating systems regardless of its origin. Clients will receive a free post-installation inspection at the sixth month of use, an annual inspection, servicing, and investigation of warranty claims as well as a specific point of contact with the company.

Inspections will be done in order to identify issues that may impact the safety and efficient operation of the seating system. Each comprehensive service will cover the structure, seating, electrics, lubrication, operation as well as NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) of the seating solution.

Interseat's experts will complete each service with a report that details issues that need rectification. No additional cost will be charged for components that need replacing within their warranty period. Those that are out of warranty can also be replaced under the client's discretion.

Clients will receive a Certification of Inspection to assist them with insurance and licensing requirements as well as assistance in meeting Occupation, Health and Safety requirements. They will likewise be assured of their seating system’s reliable operation, extended life and presentation.
