RECCE LTD: EXTENSION OF PROSPECTUS OFFER PERIOD

The Directors of Recce Ltd (ASX: RCE) wish to advise that the Closing Date of the Replacement Prospectus,

dated 21 September 2015, has been extended. The Offer will now close at 5.00pm AWST on

Wednesday, 21 October 2015. A revised indicative timetable in relation to the Offer is as follows:

Lodgement of Replacement Prospectus with the ASIC - 21st September 2015

Closing Date - 21st October 2015

Issue of Shares and despatch of holding statements - 26 October 2015

Expected date for quotation on ASX - 2nd November 2015
