Student Job Search Wins At Crm Contact Centre Awards

Announcement posted by Student Job Search 28 Oct 2015

The young team of professionals who make up the highly-regarded Student Job Search (SJS) contact centre were awarded 3rd place in Outbound Business to Business calling at the CRM Contact Centre Awards earlier this month.

As first timers at the awards, SJS were recognised nation-wide as being excellent in customer service, placing 3rd behind major companies Meridian Energy and Coca Cola Amatil. This year’s awards attracted over 700 people, reflecting the prestige of the event and the significance of the contact centre industry in the country. The SJS contact centre is made up of 30+ current and graduate students who work together to pursue the SJS common goal – to help students find jobs.

Kay Nelson, SJS CEO, says the award is a reflection of how hard each individual in the contact centre works. “The award speaks volumes about the professional way that our contact centre team communicates with employers using our service on a day to day basis. They are hugely deserving of the recognition, and although I am immensely proud of their achievement, I can’t say it is a surprise. I see the commitment my staff members have to providing the highest level of service to both students and employers on a daily basis. We will continue to strive for 1st place.

For a team of current and graduate students, their expertise in communicating with employers in a proficient and supportive manner continually impresses me. They are the frontline of the organisation and represent the SJS values of professionalism, team work, customer centric and sustainability.”
