IQ Group Announces Newly Created Business Unit for Customer Advocacy and Assurance

One of Australia’s most experienced consultancy in the superannuation and wealth management sector today announces the launch of its new customer and advocacy business unit, and appointment of Sharad Tanwar to develop and deliver strategy and tactics to further align customers to the core of IQ Group operations.

This greater focus on the ‘voice of the customer’ will see Sharad build programs to better service existing clients and projects, in a specialised manner that benefits the customer. Using methodologies to measure client satisfaction the plan moving forward is to deliver value from every interaction with the consultancy. Regular feedback will create greater opportunities to deliver on the IQ Group reputation for building better business outcomes and ensure that it is achieving this with customers.

Brian Peters, chief executive officer, IQ Group said: “We see the strategic creation of this new dedicated business unit as critical to the delivery of innovative services and vision for the future. By sourcing feedback from customers they will become more comfortable in voicing requests for improvements and in turn it allows IQ Group to showcase its innovative solutions and advice to a wider audience.

“New services will be able to leverage our Stronger Super and SuperStream experience, together with emerging trends such as service integration and digital engagement with members and employers,” he said.

IQ Group has appointed Sharad Tanwar as a member of the executive leadership team to head this newly created division of customer advocacy and assurance, and to work closely with the executive to strengthen business partnerships on multiple levels.

Tanwar will be actively working with IQ Group customers to enhance their experience of the consultancy’s offering, facilitating a customer-centric approach to everything it does.

Tanwar has extensive experience in the successful delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives across a breadth of industries including telecommunications, utilities, retail and banking.

In accepting the role Tanwar said: “I am very excited to be part of IQ Group’s visionary leadership team and to be the ‘voice of the customer’ as my prime focus will be customer satisfaction across IQ Group’s portfolio.”
