Touchbase, a global technology services company specialising in customer interaction management and converged communication networks, today announced the appointment of Anandh Maistry as its new Managing Director, Australasia.
Maistry has a broad background in the customer relationship management (CRM) and contact centre markets and over 16 years experience in the IT industry, having joined Touchbase from his Executive role in Genesys Australia.
I believe Anandh will bring to Touchbase a vast amount of energy, talent and experience which will allow our organisation in Australasia to continue its exponential growth achieved during the last three years whilst maintaining its obsession with delivery to its clients, said Riordan Maynard, Founding Partner, Touchbase. His knowledge of product development and channel management is a considerable boost for our local team in Australasia.
Maistry said: Touchbase Australasia is absolutely committed to the design, delivery and support of technologies in our client voice data contact centre environment, and I am looking forward to continuing the building of an organisation that measures itself not only on the number but on the quality of everything it does.
Throughout his career, Maistry has held senior technical and executive management positions within Genesys, Sequent Computer Systems, Inc. and IBM both in the US and Asia Pacific.
Maistry recently completed his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Technology, Sydney.
