Game-changer program increases Year 12 marks by 42%

Announcement posted by Success Unlimited Academy 14 Dec 2015

AS Year 12 students wait in trepidation for their HSC results on Wednesday, (16/12) a new game-changing education breakthrough will see future students increase results by up to 42%.
The Sztajer Success Program by Success Unlimited Academy will be targeted at high schools across Australia in 2016 to focus on helping students realise their full potential.
Program co-founder Lian Sztajer, a Sydney high school teacher and private tutor with 37 years experience, said with just a one-day, eight hour workshop, students can expect their Year 12 results to improve by up to 42%.
“Our programs are unique, very hands on and produce extremely high satisfaction ratings in a short period of time,” Mrs Sztajer said.
“We teach people how to easily access their subconscious mind in minutes and help them create the goals and outcomes they desire.
“At the start of the workshop, some students have very poor self esteem and you can physically see the transformation by the end of the day, where they are radiant, energized, motivated and ready to work.
“Our goal is to have every child from age 16 to 18 learn this program in Australia. No child will be left behind.”
Mrs Sztajer has trained more than 550 students since 2000 with fantastic results.
“The workshop is designed to make changes from the inside out, rather than the other way around. Changes made are therefore permanent and long lasting,” she said.
Mrs Sztajer created the program with her husband Zev in the late 1990s and refined it after the year 2000, when both their daughters Chana and Anita began having epileptic fits in Year 11 at the selective James Ruse Agricultural High School. Using the method created by their parents, their marks increased from around 20 in the beginning of Yr 12 to 91.8 for Anita and 97.5 for Chana by the end of Year 12.
“Once we eliminated our stress and anxiety, changed to a positive mindset, improved our focus and set goals, it was easier to study,” Anita said.
The Sztajer Success Program follows the federal government's innovation statement, released on December 7, which puts $84 million into improving the Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) subjects.
This will include more coding classes, training for teachers to teach digital technology and boosting participation and achievement in STEM classes.
Sadly, for many Year 12 students who fail to meet their expected results and are disappointed with their marks, this could lead to a downward spiral of anxiety and depression.
A recent study by the UNSW School of Education of 722 Year 12 students from a range of Sydney schools found that 42% registered high-level anxiety symptoms that were high enough to be of clinical concern. This proportion is nearly double the population norm and larger than earlier studies.
Of the total survey group, 16% of students reported extremely severe levels of anxiety, while 37% registered above-average levels of stress.
“When the HSC results come out on Wednesday, there will be a lot of depression and self esteem will go further down in many students because they didn’t achieve what they wanted after all their hard work,” Mrs Sztajer said.
‘We need to ensure it doesn’t happen again. If a student’s mindset is correct, they can adapt and expand their horizons. Our workshop helps people cope and feel good about themselves. They students are well balanced and appreciate the progress they’ve made. This program will potentially transform lives.”
