Prestige Public Vehicle Auction – Rare Opportunity to Purchase Exclusive Luxury and Exotic Vehicles

Australia’s leading automotive auctioneer, Manheim, is holding an evening prestige vehicle auction on Thursday February 11 at 6.00pm.

The auction will become a regular event in the sales calendar in Melbourne and will kick off with over 100 late model prestige and exotic vehicles offered for sale to members of the public.

In what is believed to be a first in Australia, a McLaren ‘supercar’ will be offered for sale via public auction. With only 2,226km on the clock, the McLaren 650 S Spider 2D Cabriolet will attract plenty of attention. The special event auction provides a rare opportunity to purchase this vehicle which had a brand new price of approximately $550,000 plus on roads.

The auction will feature a wide range of vehicles from other prestigious brands such as Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Range Rover to name a few. Many of the vehicles are being sold on behalf of financier’s and corporate fleets and include a number of highly sought after repossessions.

Some of the cars sure to attract strong interest are a 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 Turbo SDV8, a 2014 Mercedes-Benz AMG C63 Coupe, two late model BMW M5’s (2012 & 2013) a 2009 BMW E92 M3 Cope and a Porsche Panamera. These are just some of the highlights from the star studded line-up.

The auction will commence at 6.00pm at Manheim, located at 4 Gordon Luck Avenue, Altona North. Members of the public are welcome to inspect the vehicles from Monday February 1 and then during the weekdays leading up to the auction. Friendly and professional Manheim staff will be on hand to assist with any enquiries and to answer any questions about how to bid and buy at the auction.

All vehicles are listed on the website in the lead up to the auction, with detailed information, photographs and online-catalogues available for viewing. Potential buyers can easily use the Manheim website to carry out important research prior to attending the auction. Vehicles will also be available to purchase online with the auction ‘Simulcast’ live over the internet, allowing buyers to participate in the physical auction online.
