Mataro Estate in Dayton is Now Available

Highly successful Perth property developers announce the release of another land estate located in Dayton, a suburb of Perth.
Perth, WA, 12 February 2016 - 4Land Property Group are highly successful Perth property developers. They are proud to announce that their newest land estate, Mataro Private Estate in Dayton, is now available. The Estate is situated on the doorstep of the popular Swan Valley.

Stage 1 of Mataro Estate will be released in three phases. Phase 1 will consist of lots 202-205 and lots 216-223. Phase 1 blocks will be priced at $255,000. Lot 202 is 309 sqm while the remaining Phase 1 blocks are 301 sqm in size.

Phase 2 will consist of lots 226-245 and will be priced at approximately $260,000. All are 301 sqm.

Phase 3 will consist of lots 102-112 and range in size between 208 sqm and 314 sqm.

Mataro Estate is so new that this is only a “soft release.” An official release and grand opening are expected within the next month.
