“It is a testament to our core culture, we pride ourselves collaboration and building long term relationships.  The fact the results are determined exclusively from clients, speaks volumes about Brent and his passion to always go one step further,” said Calibre Consulting Managing Director, Max Bomben.

Brent is passionate about more than just good design. “It’s about knowing that you have positively impacted the way people live, work and spend their leisure time,” he said. “As an engineer it’s great to know that you are helping deliver projects in partnership with clients.”

Max Bomben said that everyone applauds Brent for his recognition for excellent client service. “The entire business is committed to delivering more than technical infrastructure services, our point of difference is all about the client,” he said.

According to Brent there’s no special secret to delivering excellent client service. “I just listen to clients and try and understand their needs,” he said.
