Homely.com.au launches Visual Alerts

Announcement posted by homely.com.au 04 May 2016

New feature offers users an easier, faster and better way to set up alerts for new property listings.

MELBOURNE, VIC – May 3, 2016

homely.com.au the free-to-list real estate portal has introduced a new Visual Alerts system.

Visual Alerts ensures users never miss out on new property listings or lose track of previously viewed properties. Alerts can be created by clicking on the Alerts bell icon at the top right of any Homely page or via the 'create alert' button on the listings results page.

Visual Alerts allows an unrivalled level of customisation incorporating a wide range of different filters to chose from (i.e. price range, property type, car spaces etc.). These filters ensure that users are only alerted for listings that meet their specific search requirements.

"Unlike other property portals, our Visual Alerts system provides users with their own alerts archive where they can see exactly what's new and what they've already viewed", says Adam Spencer Co-CEO and Head of Product at Homely.

"We've also got a cool new feature called 'All alerts', which summarises all alerts into an all inclusive group saving users time in their search", Adam says.

The new alerts functionality allows users to manage, edit and view all of their alerts from one central location. Moreover, alerts are filtered from newest to oldest, so users aren't overwhelmed with a plethora of 'featured results'.
