About Lena Yammine

Lena Yammine is the Founder and Managing Director of Inner Outer Health, Melbourne’s leading award-winning provider of optimal health and wellness services pioneering holistic health disciplines in Australia. She is a soft tissue correction and biophysical sciences expert, and passionate health educator. Lena holds an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy (RMIT, 2001), and she is a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is a qualified and experienced health and fitness instructor with eleven years’ experience in gymnasium work, circuit, group exercise and aqua exercise instruction.

Lena’s approach to holistic pain relief is based on her diverse background in health, performance, and body sciences including human anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, nutrition, and kinesiology. Her aim is to help clients improve there posture by realigning the bodies muscular structure which can inturn contribute to structural changes and prevent injuries from occurring, increase flexibility, and wherever possible experience relief from muscular injuries and aches, without the use of invasive methods and drugs.

Lena’s treatment rooms in Bellfield nearby Ivanhoe and Heidelberg area offer myotherapy, remedial massage, floatation therapy and other complementary sciences designed to provide clients with tools and methodologies to achieve authentic pain relief and optimal living.

As a holistic therapist, Lena educates clients about the science of tracing aches and pain to their ‘trigger points’ to produce effective pain reduction and even elimination.
