State and Federal Government backed Innovation Building to host night of innovation for Melbournes young entrepreneurs

The Innovation Building, part of Digital Harbour at Docklands, together with Business Strategies International (BSI) and the Australian Distributed Incubator (ADI) under the Victorian Innovation Vic Start program are set to host In The Zone- A Night of Innovation, Inspiration & Intoxications, an evening which features some of Melbournes hottest entrepreneurs and innovators.
On Wednesday 7th December, and in partnership with Entrepreneurs Networx, The Innovation Building will play host to some of Melbournes most sought after businesses.
Digital Harbour is the Federal and State Government backed technology precinct which is recognised as a landmark project within the Australian technology industry.
The Innovation building reflects modern culture and is keen to support Melbournes young entrepreneurs and innovators. In the Zone is a fantastic way to showcase what some of our up and coming innovators are doing, especially in the IT sector.
And its because of these technologies that we are able to bring such a vibrant and diverse group of young business people together, says Ivan Kaye, Executive Director of BSI and ADI.
In The Zone will feature three different zones, entertain, creative and nourish zones, with featured IT businesss showing off their latest products in an interactive and hands on way throughout the night.
WebAlive will be showcasing websites, Viking Range will give celebrity chef demonstrations and Wagamama will cook up noodles in front of people, says BSIs Event Director, Lisa Donath.
Red Bull, Motorola, X- Box, Travisty, Kit Cosmetics and Telstra Mobile will also be involved.
The night will also feature a live broadcast from Victorias only dedicated station to dance music, Kiss FM.
We are pleased to participate in the night as the businesss involved speak to our audience, says station manager Timmy Byrne.
The night commences at 6.30pm and will be broadcast on 87.6, 87.8 and 87.9 FM, with featured DJ and former Madison Avenue front man Andy Van appearing live.
