LGBTI JOBS SITE OPENS WITH LIVE ROLES FROM MADDOCKS LAWYERS & SWINBURNE UNIVERSITY


Following a soft launch on May 17th, LGBTI Jobs opens its doors for business this week, with live jobs advertised by founding partner Maddock Lawyers. Australia’s first national LGBTI job board, dedicated to assisting all graduates and jobseekers connect with organisations, is designed to build an inclusive workplace culture by working closely with organisations and providing training and guidance when required.

Alicia Albury, Maddocks partner and chair of the firm’s Equal Opportunity & Diversity Committee says, “We believe that diversity in all of its forms is a crucial part of a successful organisation. Our partnership with the LGBTI Jobs website is borne out of a determination to make sure we are providing opportunities for everyone to work at Maddocks.
