Homeworld celebrates 30 years

Announcement posted by Access Public Relations 29 Sep 2016

Australia’s biggest and most established display home organisation, HomeWorld, is this month celebrating 30 years helping thousands of home buyers discover, create and build their dream home.

Since the opening of the first HomeWorld village in Prospect in 1986, HomeWorld has grown to a cooperative of more than 40 member builders across New South Wales, including four foundation builders – Allworth Homes, Beechwood Homes, Daleth Homes and Masterton Homes.

In the last three decades, HomeWorld has managed eight villages across the greater Sydney and Hunter regions and today offers the biggest choice in home styles, with more than 210 different home designs on display across three villages in Kellyville, Camden North and Thornton.

HomeWorld, CEO, Phil Jones said: “We’re incredibly proud to celebrate a strong and fruitful 30-year association with many of the state’s leading home builders. Since HomeWorld’s inception, we have facilitated the sale of more than 10 thousand homes each year.”

“We are delighted to continue supporting our builders to keep pace with contemporary housing trends and look forward to putting the next generation of home buyers on the path to discovering their new home.

HomeWorld offers home buyers the opportunity to speak directly with 44 of Australia’s leading competitive homebuilders and to access inspiration for single and double storey homes, multigenerational home designs and duplexes.

Masterton Homes, executive manager, Bob Heymel said: “We are proud to have been part of HomeWorld since the very beginning, and to have played a part of its growth into a true and trusted Australian brand.

“HomeWorld is a fixture in the home building industry in New South Wales and is the first port of call for people looking to build a new home.”
HomeWorld is a proud sponsor of Sydney Thunder T20 Big Bash cricket team and recently announced an extension of its sponsorship to include Sydney Thunder’s Women’s Team.
