Hisense Awarded Top Accolade by Canstar Blue

Hisense has taken out the coveted 2016 Canstar Blue award for “Most Satisfied Customers – Refrigerators” in their first year of being eligible for the category – an accomplishment set to bolster the brand’s emerging reputation as a key player in the Australian home appliance market.  

The customer satisfaction ratings were achieved by asking survey respondents, who had purchased a fridge in the past three years, to score performance across several categories including: overall satisfaction, reliability, value for money, food freshness, internal layout, fixture and fitting quality – with Hisense emerging victorious.

Andre Iannuzzi, Head of Marketing at Hisense Australia says the award speaks to the brand’s determination to provide consumers with a range of premium quality products, at a highly accessible price.

Canstar Blue was similarly enthusiastic about Hisense’s achievement at this year’s awards. “This is the first year that Hisense has featured in our customer ratings for refrigerators and it has immediately made a big impression,” said Head of Canstar Blue, Megan Doyle.
