OpenText Announces Innovation Tour Series to Enable the Digital World

From Engagement to Insight, OpenText Outlines the Future of Information to Thousands of Industry Leaders from Sydney to Eindhoven

SYDNEY, Australia – November 8, 2016 – OpenText™ (NASDAQ: OTEX, TSX: OTC), a global leader in Enterprise Information Management (EIM), today announced its 2016/17 Innovation Tour conference series. The global series of events will be held in eight cities around the world from November 29th, 2016 to March 30th, 2017. OpenText executives, including Mark J. Barrenechea, CEO and CTO and Steve Murphy, President; will keynote at events taking place in Sydney, Singapore, Tokyo, London, Paris, Munich, Stockholm and Eindhoven.

Throughout the OpenText Innovation Tour we will be sharing our vision of a digital world, and highlighting how information enables our customers’ digital transformation journey from engagement to insight. During our events in Asia-Pacific and Europe, we will be unveiling a host of enhancements to the Release 16 portfolio, including Enhancement Pack 1 (EP1), that will enable our customers to create a better way to work in a digital world.”

In addition to executive and customer keynotes, each event will showcase leading OpenText technology and solutions in dedicated breakout sessions. 

 

OpenText is pleased to announce that the Ministry for the Environment NZ, NZ Transport Agency, Waikato Regional Council and NIB will be among several customers joining OpenText on stage to discuss the benefits a digital transformation strategy has made to their organisation. In addition, Innovation Tour Sydney will host 24 breakout sessions focused on financial services, energy & utilities, the public sector and commercial industries. OpenText is also pleased to announce Michael Barnes, Vice President and Research Director, Forrester Research as the main stage guest speaker at Innovation Tour Sydney.
