Keystone Celebrates with Winner of the NABD Design of the Year 2016

Announcement posted by Keystone Acoustics 21 Nov 2016

Keystone Architectural Linings & Acoustic Solutions are delighted that the winner of the prestigious NABD Design of the Year 2016 is their client M G Design & Building!

M G Design & Building used two Keystone products including plywood ceilings and acoustic panels in their award-winning design. The acoustic panels played an important role in the success of this design project.

The Building Designer Association of Victoria (BDAV)News Magazine reported, ‘To make a large open-plan glass, concrete and stone space work acoustically Mark invested in the expertise of a sound engineer before installing the acoustic panels in the ply ceiling. “I’ve been to other restaurants where you can hardly hear anyone talk, but in this large open area where there’s 60 odd people or more, you can hear your conversation clearly with the people at your table without any problem,” says Mark.’ BDAV announced the NABD Design of the Year Award for 2016 in October.
