Yourpropertyproject™ an innovative property listing website designed specifically for developers and builders.  Only properties that have plans and permits, or those that have development potential are listed on the site.  Unlike any other property listing service, it encompasses external data that is essential to evaluate the potential development site’s financial viability. It has captured an unmet market need by bringing development properties and due diligence information together, reducing the evaluation to purchase decision timeframe.

At not cost to the user, yourpropertyproject™ features information relating, but not limited to, the property site dimensions, topography, planning overlays, Council information, heritage and Aboriginal cultural significance, plus information relating to recent planning applications and sales in the area.

The site can be viewed on all devices and allows users to sign up and receive property alerts as well as gain access to ‘silent listings’ which are only available to website members. Membership is free and signing up is easy via the online registration form.

The platform allows estate agents to directly market their development properties to the development community, even before the property is listed on the major portals; reducing vendor advertising costs and sale time. The website also connects to all of the major real estate CRM providers allowing real estate agents to easily market their listings to the platform. The website provides the development and construction community valuable property information not available by other real estate portals. The major real estate portals also don’t cater to builders and developers as they are geared more towards owner occupiers and investors.

Co-founder Paul James said; ‘We started a property listing business for developers. As you may know, agents spend a lot of time trying to sell property that has development potential and so set out to address this by providing a listing site that only lists property with development potential or existing plans and permits. We added further value by providing data that allows property developers to complete a high level due diligence without leaving the site. The result of course is that agents receive warmer leads and make quicker sales.’

Yourpropertyproject™ was conceived in September 2015; the two founders have backgrounds in IT development and are backed by an exceptional Advisory Board who provide business strategy, marketing, sales, technical and finance expertise.  The website was fully functional within six months of conception and has experienced rapid growth since launching. Listings continues to soar with average month on month growth of 160%, developer sign up is strong, doubling in the month of October as awareness builds, website traffic continues to surge and is now attracting international buyers, especially from Hong Kong and Chinese mainland. The growth has been achieved through securing franchised listing arrangements with some of Australia’s largest property agents; this will continue as contracts with all other major property groups across Australia are established. Media agencies agreements are being finalised to cater for corporate brands eager to advertise to the often-elusive developers and builders segments.
