Renowned leadership guru, TED talk speaker and best selling author of START WITH WHY and LEADERS EAT LAST, Simon Sinek at just 43 is one of the world’s greatest thinkers on leadership strategy. Simon  is the headline speaker for the “Start With Why” Leadership Forum coming to Australia and New Zealand in March 2017.

The Growth Faculty, known for bringing the world’s best strategic thinkers to Australia and New Zealand, is exclusively hosting Simon Sinek for the one-day leadership program across three cities – Friday 3rd March 2017 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, Tuesday 7th March 2017 at the ICC Sydney – Darling Harbour Theatre, and Thursday 9th March 2017 at the Langham Auckland.

Sinek is best known for popularising the concept of Why and for the talk he gave on the subject that became the third most watched talk of all time on TED.com. Sinek’s unconventional and innovative views on business and leadership have attracted international attention and have earned him invitations to meet with an array of leaders and organisations, including: 3M, Costco, Deckers, Ernst & Young, HSM, JetBlue, KPMG, Pfizer, NBC/Universal as well as  the US military, government agencies and entrepreneurs.

Simon Sinek is an unshakable optimist. He believes in a bright future and our ability to build it together. Sinek is an adjunct staff member of the RAND Corporation, one of the most highly regarded think tanks in the world. He is also active in the arts and not-for-profit world, working with charity: water, an organization devoted to helping bring clean water to the over 700 million people around the world who don’t yet have it. He also serves on the board of the Tami Stronach Dance Company. He lives in New York.
