Project Laneways Opens Bookings for Upcoming AgilePM Courses

Announcement posted by Tiger Turf Australia Pty Ltd 19 Dec 2016

Australian business training course provider Project Laneways has announced two Agile Project Management (AgilePM) certification courses - a three-day foundation course and a one-day practitioner course. The foundation course includes a comprehensive introduction to Scrum. These courses will be held throughout 2017, with the first foundation and practitioner courses scheduled for February.

AgilePM is an iterative process that focuses on customer value, team interaction over tasks, adapting to current business reality rather than following a prescriptive plan. The Agile certification course will benefit project managers, team managers, software developers, business analysts, project office staff and change managers.

In recent years Agile Project Management has been adopted by many industries as the preferred approach to managing initiatives. The AgilePM exam courses including the Agile foundation and Agile practitioner courses addresses the needs of those who want to gain expertise in AgilePM.

The foundation course with exam contains all the information on how to run an AgilePM project and includes a bonus introduction to Scrum. It covers the Agile project methodology along with information on the set-up and management process, including planning and control. However, this course does not give accreditation as scrum master. The first foundation course will be held in Melbourne from 20th to 22nd  February.

The one-Day AgilePM practitioner course with exam is open to those who have completed the foundation course. The practitioner helps the participant to consolidate learning and gain more confidence in practicing Agile project management. The first course will be held in Melbourne on 23rd February.

Those interested in the AgilePM courses may enrol for the courses immediately by calling the Project Laneways office in Melbourne on 03 9038 9236. Interested candidates can also make a booking online.

Jim Agelopoulos, who has attended training at Project Laneways said, "Outstanding trainer, your delivery and course notes really did make everything gel and much easier. I will certainly be recommending Project Laneways to my colleagues."

Project Laneways gives the guarantee that courses will not be cancelled at any time. Besides this, these courses are also backed with a money-back guarantee that covers both foundation and practitioner exam.
