Announcement posted by Indigo Pacific 07 Dec 2005
Perpetual Trustees Australia Limited has reinvigorated its old websites to form one new website (www.perpetual.com.au ) which went live on 14th November 2005.
Indigo Pacific, an Australian owned global leader in web content, eforms and workflow management solutions worked closely with Perpetual to implement RedDots CMS (Content Management Suite) solution on the new site.
Perpetuals General Manager Marketing, Ms Amanda Tibbett, said Perpetuals website was now faster, more flexible and customer focused.
The new site combines several previously separate sites, creating a central information source for all of Perpetuals clients and stakeholder groups.
According to Ms Tibbett, extensive user research was conducted to create a clear site structure that helps users get to the information they need without extra clicks.
The content is now easy-to-navigate with well marked sections for all Perpetual products and services. This efficient design means the site loads pages up to 50 percent faster than the previous site.
Other features of the new site include:
search tool to find specific topics, funds or products
new Advice & Services content including Private Clients, Estates & Trusts, and Philanthropic Services
new Shareholder Centre for publications and reports and investor information
new dedicated site for Advisers with helpful resources
new Research and Wholesale pages with enhanced resources
improved graphic display for the visually impaired
extensive Frequently Asked Questions section with helpful information
a fresh new display of content thats intuitive, visually engaging and on brand
The Indigo Pacific and RedDot CMS solution enables Perpetual to quickly and easily update the site; streamlining and automating a previously expensive and time consuming manual process.
According to Hugh Millikin, President and CEO, Indigo Pacific, Perpetual recognises the importance of communicating effectively with its customers.
They have embraced the philosophy of customer-centric design and balanced the wants and needs of their customers with technology in order to leverage an online presence and gain a competitive edge in the market.
