FAIR FARMERS MARKET - LAUNCHING @ROYAL RANDWICK 19 MARCH

Exciting new fresh, fair farmers market coming to delight your palate. Launching on Sunday the 19th of March, the Fair Farmers Market, a For Goodness Sake initiative, will showcase the best naturally grown family farm produce and delicious homemade artisanal goods.

Held at the Royal Randwick Racecourse every Sunday, it is Sydney’s answer to the true farmers market. All of our fruit and veg is locally sourced from family farms who aren’t pressured to use industrial farming methods which means simply fresh, wholesome and flavour-packed produce.

People already love For Goodness Sake because it is “good for farmers, good for you and good for communities.” With over 50 stalls on the day, there’s never been a better choice for sustainably sourced, ethically produced meat, seafood, eggs and dairy, including Country Valley Dairy, Jenny Brown’s free range eggs and Serendipity Ice Cream.

Food lovers can enjoy creations from some of Sydney’s most loved restaurants.

Joel Best of Bondi’s Best is launching his line of poke bowls in a new venture; Poke Bear. Hatted chef, Orazio D’elia will also be sharing a scrumptious pork surprise.

The markets will feature live music by Sydney artists, specialist coffee and picnic spaces on the green. A great space for families and kids to be entertained for hours with a petting zoo, jumping castle and face painting. 10% from every purchase at the markets will be donated to OzHarvest to feed the millions of Australians living with hunger insecurity. Members of the Royal Randwick Racecourse will earn points towards their ATC membership.
