SMEs hit the virtual highway with ACT! For Web

Interact Commerce Corporation today launched ACT! for Web, an online contact management and sales force automation solution that enables ?on the go? sales professionals to access customer information anytime, via the internet.
ACT! For Web is part of the ACT! suite of software solutions, custom produced for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
This product allows SMEs wanting a remote database, to retain their confidential customer information on their network, rather than give it to a third-party hosting facility. ACT! for Web also enables sales and marketing professionals, working remotely, to access their customer database in real time. Furthermore, it allows businesses to share information between offices, significantly streamlining operations.
Highly affordable, at a one-off fixed price of $349.95 (RRP inc GST) per user, ACT! for Web gives SMEs access to technology previously only available to larger organisations. As well as being cost effective and with no monthly changes, ACT! for Web is also quick to install, easy to use and packed full of features that support the sales and marketing process, including:
 The ability to view and track up to 255 fields of customer information;
 The ability to share data among different workgroups;

The screens refresh as edits are made, so users can view changes as they go, and easily undo any unwanted changes.
AAM Surveys, a spatial information organisation based in Australia, is an early adopter of ACT! for Web. The company?s National Business Development Manager, David Berry says the software has significantly benefited its business development efforts.
