Poly executives visit London as the team eyes expansion

Poly Global is preparing for further expansion in the United Kingdom after Managing Director Arthur Wang and Investment Manager Chris Howard visited London last month.

The purpose of the visit, to investigate several potential site acquisitions and gain more insight into the London market.

The pair used the visit to network with a number of potential partners, large scale developers and senior agents in the region.

“We believe London is a key market for Poly Global, and as our company continues to grow as an international developer, we believe we have the ambition, growth projection and ability to develop a diverse portfolio in the United Kingdom,” said Mr Wang.

“London is one of the biggest business centres in the world, particularly for finance,” added Mr Howard. “We have already seen significant success with our building acquisition at Fleet Place, which is 100% leased.”

“The building is so popular that even Poly doesn’t have space to lease for our own offices, which is not a bad problem to have.”

5 Fleet Place is Poly’s first purchase in the United Kingdom, and the ambition is to grow the team significantly within the next two years.

Shortly after their visit, the Chairman of Poly Global Mr Allen Liu also visited London along with one of Poly Group’s investment arms, confirming that the UK expansion is a top priority for Poly.

Investment Manager Chris Howard will be moving to London at the end of July to set up the office and build the team. Much like Poly has done in Australia, the ambition is to form a leading team of experts to deliver world-class buildings to the region.

Poly continues to strengthen its credentials as an international developer, with strong growth ambitions for the UK, USA and Australian markets.
