Channel 10’s The Bachelor tv show is running hot, just like the Melbourne property market ! So current, The Bachelor TV star Simone Ormesher is going on a date with Melbourne real estate agent Zed Nasheet tomorrow, Saturday September 9 at his auction party for the open for inspection at 3.30pm followed by 4pm live auction at Apartment 2/3 Howard Street, Glen Iris Victoria. Public are welcome!
Interest in the property is so intense that Melbourne real estate agent Zed Nasheet has had to bring forward the auction by 3 weeks for the auction and with gorgeous Simone as special guest Zed is throwing a party for the public inspection with Brazilian dancers, complimentary coffee and snacks and a full size coffee truck, LJ Hookers Little Bear mascot and selfies for fans with TV star Simone !
“It’s incredible! Australia has never seen demand like this before, this was supposed to be our first inspection and because of the huge interest in this location and the fact that I have investors and owner/occupiers wanting to make offers of hundreds of thousands of dollars over the estimated price we had to bring the auction forward by 3 weeks. The pre-auction estimate was $1.2m but I expect the sale price to be around $1.5m ” says Zed.
The “open for inspection” will start at 3.30pm and Zed will conduct the auction at 4pm for the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit “that needs a little work” according to Zed at Apartment 2/3 Howard Street, Glen Iris Victoria.
