Eclipse Early Education is opening a new childcare centre in Armstrong Creek, Geelong. The centre is taking enrolments for all age groups and plans to open late October or November. Situated on the corner of Charlemont Road and Sanderling Avenue the centre will continue to deliver highest quality of care to the community and children.

Eclipse centres provide infant care for 0-2 year olds, toddler care for 2-3 year olds, kinder care for 3 year olds and a fully funded kindergarten program for 4 year olds. They have twelve centres across Australia.

Armstrong Creek is a growing community with significant retail and residential population. With hundreds of new dwellings planned in this suburb Eclipse’ centre will cater to families looking for quality childcare. With easy access to train stations, the suburb is close to the city centre and the coast. Just like all Eclipse group centres, the new Armstrong Creek facility welcomes diversity and encourages children from different culture to participate in their programs. They use the KindyNow App and the Storypark App to give children and parents a more involved experience.

The curriculum at EEG centres is based around the Early Years Learning Framework, to ensure the child has a feeling of belonging to their learning environment. The centres aim to create a home-like environment where children can express their personality and develop their confidence through play-based activities. Children are encouraged to value their interests and relate to others while learning new things daily. The centre prepares its children to move on to the next age group or school. They foster a sense of independence so that the children can engage successfully to their peers and elders. The centres encourage all families to participate in community activities such as excursions and incursions. They feel in order to create an ideal learning environment both parents and educators need to come together.

Children at all Eclipse centres are given nutritious meals which are specially prepared by qualified cooks. These cooks take into consideration the nutritional needs of the children while planning these meals. Parents of children with food allergies and special dietary requirements can inform the centre of any concerns regarding their child’s diet.

Parents who would like to send their child to Eclipse will find the KindyNow App useful. The app allows parents to make casual bookings or find lastminute spots. The Storypark App helps parents and families to share images, video, audio and PDFs related to their child’s growth and the time spent at school.

Enrolments to the Armstrong Creek centre are open. Parents who are looking for safe and thriving place for their child can trust the staff in Eclipse as they have many years of experience working with children.

The award-winning Eclipse Early Education Group has centres across Australia at Brookfield, Clyde North, Craigieburn, Cranbourne East, Cranbourne North, Epping, Eynesbury, Lyndhurst, Murrumbeena, Pimpama and Torquay. The Eclipse group takes pride in providing children with the best educational resources and exceptional learning opportunities.
