Australia’s top brokers revealed in annual industry report

Mortgage Professional Australia (MPA) has released its 2017 Top Commercial Brokers report—the industry’s most sought-after broking honour for commercial brokers in Australia. The latest report highlights 10 brokers who have managed to make deals stick despite the many challenges they are currently facing in this evolving industry.
From a record number of nominations received nationwide, MPA culled the list to 10 of the best commercial brokers in the country, verified by aggregators. This year’s top professionals range from brokers financing motels to pharmacy equipment, to lone operators as well as those with their own mortgage warehouses.
“The brokers on this list managed to continuously make deals through careful diversification of their businesses and success in dominating niches,” said Sam Richardson, MPA editor. “These elite brokers are fighting back against some of the toughest lending conditions we’ve seen in a decade and they deserve to be commended for their continuous work in providing advice and support to fulfil their client’s needs.”
