Hagemeyer Communications announces new agreement with Enegic to distribute teleflow voice application development suite in Asis Pacific

Hagemeyer Communications, the telecommunications unit of business-to-business distribution services group Hagemeyer NV, has announced a distribution agreement with enGenic Corporation, a Vancouver based full-service company providing solutions for automated telecommunications needs. Hagemeyer will distribute enGenics TeleFlow Voice Application Development Suite.
The TeleFlow software suite, built on an NMS platform, is an all-in-one telephony toolkit that takes the complexity out of building voice solutions by encapsulating complex functions into simple-to-understand icons.
With its highly intuitive user interface and easy-to-use navigation features, TeleFlow enables users who are not traditional software programmers to develop portable, reusable applications without having to learn the complexities of software development or communications protocols.
This agreement is highly complementary to our existing relationship with NMS Communications, said Gerry Forsythe, Product Manager, Hagemeyer Communications.
The enGenic TeleFlow software works seamlessly with the NMS Alliance Generation (AG) and Convergence Generation (CG) voice processing platforms by taking advantage of the NMS carrier-grade density and high capacity, thereby simplifying development. This in turn reduces time-to-market for voice applications, he said.
TeleFlow enables customers to quickly create customised solutions, such as call management, interactive voice response (IVR), voicemail, computer telephony integration (CTI) and voice portals, thereby gaining the power to improve business processes, increase productivity, and deliver better customer service.
The partnership between enGenic Corporation and Hagemeyer Communications brings a whole new range of opportunities to the Australian telephony market, said Vern Baker, president of enGenic Corporation.
