Tealium technology to boost personalisation, conversion and strategy offering

Sydney, NSW  --  16 November 2017 – 2DataFish, the leading data, analytics and cross channel personalisation consultancy in Australia, has chosen Tealium, the leader in real-time customer data solutions and enterprise tag management, and its Universal Data Hub technology to boost the 2DataFish personalisation, conversion and strategy offering in the Australian market.

The partnership agreement gives 2DataFish the ability to harness real-time data feeds, unify disparate customer data into a single version of the truth, and provide enriched data for personalised actions via any channel or technology.

2DataFish, the data division of SapientRazorfish Australia, enables enterprise brands to fuel customer experience with data, to deliver impactful, relevant, personalised communications across all channels. The company’s successful approach of leveraging innovative technology solutions that unify first party customer data, has seen the company double in size in the last 12 months.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Tealium to deliver exciting and innovative solutions to our clients.” said Damon Etherington, Client Services Director for 2DataFish. “We’re seeing a lot of clients face the challenge of delivering real time, cross channel personalisation, due to their fragmented data silos – and Tealium solves that problem.”

Tealium powers the new era of real-time customer engagement and marketing, enabling organisations to unlock their customer data and create more meaningful, relevant customer experiences. The company’s industry-leading Universal Data Hub, comprised of an enterprise tag management solution, omnichannel customer segmentation and action engine, and suite of rich data services, creates a vendor-neutral data foundation that spans web, mobile, offline and IoT.

“We’re excited to be working with a partner as switched on to the power of data as we are,” said Eyal Mekler, Managing Director ANZ at Tealium.  “As the internet of things explodes the available data pool, Tealium’s ability to filter the important data from the noise and act on it in real-time will be increasingly important. It’s great to have a partner that are expert at using those data feeds for better online personalisation, conversion and strategy.”
