Published by Palgrave Macmillan and Authored by Denis Kilroy & Marvin Schneider, this book provides both a rationale and a conceptual framework for a more inclusive approach to capitalism.  It also provides a roadmap for business leaders seeking to build enduring institutions that create value for customers and wealth for shareholders on an ongoing basis, and at the same time enhance the wellbeing of other legitimate stakeholders.

The book includes forewords by Westpac CEO Brian Hartzer; and Filip Gregor, a Czech lawyer who heads a Brussels-based corporate governance think-tank called the Purpose of the Corporation Project.  Filip co-authored the seminal report Corporate Governance for a Changing World which was released in September 2016.
