Bridgestone Select Windsor Gardens blooms in annual awards

North Eastern Adelaide store Bridgestone Select Windsor Gardens has been awarded the top honour in Bridgestone’s annual MasterClass awards, claiming the title of National Franchise of the Year.

The MasterClass awards recognise the highest standards and consistency across a store’s operations, sales process, sales achievement and customer service. 

As well as the top honour, Bridgestone Select Windsor Gardens was also inducted into Bridgestone’s prestigious Chairman’s Club – an elite group of Australia’s highest performing retailers – and named the South Australia/Northern Territory regional winner.

“I’m ecstatic. I haven’t won anything before so to be named National Franchise of the Year is very exciting,” said Phil Burdon, Bridgestone Select Windsor Gardens franchisee.

“This recognises the hard work of my team, and the fantastic job my manager Aaron Conrad and the whole staff puts in on a daily basis. My wife Jodie and I couldn’t ask for anything more.”

Mr Burdon believes customer service is key to a successful business, along with following Bridgestone’s MasterClass program.

“People shop for people, not for stores. They go back to places where they receive high levels of customer service,” Mr Burdon added.

“This accolade is definitely a team effort, from my staff right through to the great people at Bridgestone. It’s a great business to be involved with.”

According to Bridgestone Australia and New Zealand Managing Director, Andrew Moffatt, the Windsor Gardens store is worthy of the accolades, along with all of the state winners.
