Transform Your Enterprise with Project Laneways’ Scaled Agile Training

Announcement posted by Project Laneways 08 Jan 2018

Enrolments are open for Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) training through Project Laneways. The company has been delivering globally accredited Change Management and Project training to Australian organisations and professionals at their centres in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

The two-day SAFe® Agilist (SA) (Version 4.5) training is available through Project Laneways’ centres from February 2018.  The course hopes to train business professionals on how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale.

SAFe® training takes principles of Scrum and other frameworks for executing large Agile initiatives. The training will make it easier to plan work where a number of Agile teams have to collaborate. SAFe® builds on a base that includes Scrum, Kanban, Lean Principles, Product Development Flow and adds new roles. The course will prepare professionals to synchronise alignment, collaboration and deliver from portfolio to program to team levels.

Through the course professionals can learn how to run Agile Release Trains that deliver real business value, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. They will gain an understanding of what a Lean-Agile mindset is and how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe to support Agile teams, programs, program portfolio management, and how to coordinate Large Solution SAFe. Attending the class prepares them to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).
