SAFe® helps businesses learn how to lead an enterprise Agile transformation. This two-day course teaches the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the SAFe®.

It provides proven techniques to get teams who have use the Agile development efforts to work at the larger stakeholder level. The aim is to successfully scale Agile principles across the organisation by using Lean thinking practices and product development flow techniques.

Project Laneways course is designed for version of 4.5. SAFe®. 4.5 reflects the latest in Lean-Agile thinking. Through Lean Software Development and Product Development Flow business professionals can learn to create longer programmes called Agile Release Trains, where groups of Agile teams work together to optimise quality and velocity to deliver greater value to stakeholders.

The training will suit professionals who have had experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management as well as experience in Scrum. After the course professionals will get knowledge of how agility can be enabled within an enterprise environment through lean and agile principles and mindsets, and how to bring these to life through practices, constructs and events such as those in the SAFe®.4.5 framework.

The two-day course gives high quality training from an experienced and qualified SAFe® Program Consultant (and the experience of an additional agile facilitator. SPC trainers are real consultants and have implemented SAFe® with their respective companies and clients. Project Laneways will provide all course materials, which include a copy of the slide deck. The training gives Scaled Agile “SAFe®.Agilist 4.5” certification and one year's membership to the SAFe®.Community website (upon successful completion of the SAFe®.Agilist exam). The course fee covers the exam.
