Sydney-based business advisory firm Stylequity further disrupts the advisory market by announcing its amalgamation with Orange Sky. Both firms apply an Executive-as-a-Service business model that targets Australian mid-market, privately owned enterprises.
Stylequity is a strategy-focused, boutique business advisory. The firm has been operating for over a decade, working with a variety of businesses around the country. The founder and CEO, Bruce Bryant, said his firm utilises the team’s commercial and financial experience, accumulated over decades in corporate and investment banking environment.
Orange Sky is a Sydney-based cross-breed between marketing consulting and executive placement service, with a growing network of senior corporate marketers. Raz Chorev, the company’s founding partner, established Orange Sky to provide Part-Time Chief Marketing Officers, as part of the unique Executive-as-a-Service model that places corporate marketers working part-time with smaller companies to achieve business growth outcomes. Chorev said his unique consulting style is focused on delivering ongoing and sustainable success to his clients.
Chorev said the amalgamation of the two value propositions will enable business owners to get access to large-enterprise, cross-industry expertise, while also leveraging knowledge of all senior executives in the group providing clients with unique access to a ‘brains-trust’ of global strategy, marketing, human resources, operations and finance.
Bryant said: “A key consideration in this amalgamation was coming to a realisation that having Orange Sky’s global marketing knowledge and experience is essential in today’s environment, given the shift in consumer and market behaviour over the last decade. I believe that Stylequity, in collaboration with Orange Sky, will provide a highly comprehensive service to our clients”.
